Processing Time: We prepare your order in 3-5 business days, and delivery takes 3-6 business days after it ships. Custom pieces follow the same timeline.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
All orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
Shipping Costs: Orders of $75 or more ship free to every country we deliver to. Orders under $75 pay a flat $9.99 for shipping. The $75 is counted after any discount code, and checkout shows the shipping cost before you pay.
International Shipping: We ship to over 230 countries worldwide. All prices are listed in USD. If customs duties or taxes are requested when your order is delivered, send us the receipt and we'll refund the amount.
Countries We Do Not Ship To: Due to shipping restrictions and international regulations, we currently do not ship to
Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Israel, and Turkey.
