We prepare your order in 3-5 business days, and delivery takes 3-6 business days after it ships. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused and undamaged standard items within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items can't be returned for a change of mind; if one arrives faulty or wrong, we replace or refund it. Every piece also has our 30-day remake promise.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact us at info@wallartsmetal.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

We issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few more days to post it.

Can I exchange an item for a different one?

No, you can return your item to create another order.
