  At wallartsmetal.com, we are dedicated to ensuring complete satisfaction with your wall art purchase. We take pride in
  crafting each item with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to    
  accept returns or exchanges EXCEPT in the following cases:      
                                                                                                                           
  Return Policy:                                                  

  Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged wall art piece, please contact us within 30 days of    
  delivery. We'll promptly replace the item at no extra cost.
  Incorrect Order: If you receive a wall art piece different from what you ordered, inform us within 30 days of delivery,  
  and we'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.                                                                
  Errors on Our Part: Should there be any mistakes in the customization or personalization of your wall art, notify us
  within 30 days of delivery. We'll rectify the error and provide you with a replacement.                                  
                                                                  
  Refund Policy:

  Inspection of Return: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of its status.                 
  Approval of Refund: If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method. The timeframe
  for receiving the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.                                                         
  Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as items not in their original condition, items
  damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at
  info@wallartsmetal.com and return the item to our designated address.

  International Orders:                                                                                                    
   
  This return and refund policy applies to all orders worldwide. For international returns, the buyer is responsible for   
  return shipping costs. Customs duties or import taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable, as these are charged by your
  local customs authority, not by Wall Arts Metal. For damaged or defective items shipped internationally, contact us at   
  info@wallartsmetal.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
