Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges EXCEPT in the following cases:

Return Policy:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged wall art piece, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll promptly replace the item at no extra cost.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive a wall art piece different from what you ordered, inform us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
  • Errors on Our Part: Should there be any mistakes in the customization or personalization of your wall art, notify us within 30 days of delivery. We'll rectify the error and provide you with a replacement.

Refund Policy:

  • Inspection of Return: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of its status.
  • Approval of Refund: If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method. The timeframe for receiving the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom-made wall art.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@wallartsmetal.com and return the item to our designated address.
